

So I went in to repair a LV wallet as well as a handbag, I literally had to show pricing on my phone which was directly off the site for the repair of the wallet which they attempted to charge me more than twice the amount the sales woman claimed “I’ve never seen that before”. But its ok I sold the shoes due to the misinformation by the gentleman who answered the phone who also stated he didnt understand my question on Saturday when we spoke on the phone. Instead you made him feel as if he dorm have any money, or because he didnt look to your standards you told him to Just leave them here, and finish the ticket when you talk to me. Furthermore if I called you in advance telling you I would drop them off on Friday and pickup for Saturday, and told you the services I wanted why not tell him the price we had already discussed on the phone. Which was thrown off and delayed all because of thir miscommunication.All of the statements below are a lie, I never cursed at the gentleman on the phone because I was with my mother who I do not cuss around. I needed the shoes for my bday dinner (January 4th)and festivities I had planned. They call me back on Monday morning asking me to pick up my shoes after them giving myself and friend the incorrect information. Called Saturday where the gentleman told me that he was sorry but he didnt understand the question that I had asked him on Thursday. So he disregarded what I originally told him to do which was pay upon dropping them off.

They were rude to the person who dropped my shoes off while I was at work, then told them to just leave it without telling him how much for the deposit on fixtures. Thank you SANTANA Leather Care for traumatizing me and committing fraud against me! All I wanted was to have to leather cleaned on my Chanel handbag now I’m left with no Chanel bag and just insults!Please BEWARE this company is just horrendous they are lying to clients, not one email or letter has been sent! You guys are liars and thieves shame on you!!! Victimizing loyal clients is not how you run a business! I hate that this had to happen to me but I want to make sure this happens to no one else! Please be careful they are the worst people worst customer service this is a nightmare. Now they are only trying to give me 20% value of my bag. I continuously had to reach out to get information on what happened to my bag. I had to go out of my way by calling and going up to the store to find out. My Chanel handbag was ALLEGEDLY stolen out of their store, not once did a representative reach out to inform me of this. PLEASE BEWARE! This company is terrible! Your items will not be safe in this establishment at all! Their company policy states they are a hundred percent liable for your items but this is false.
