I once again hung up and called in again and was told he was giving the curbside server the information. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called in again to once again be put on hold for another 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I again called the store to let them know that I had arrived and the person that answered the phone said he was putting me on hold and would check on the order. I arrived at the store at 3:10 and called to let them know that I was there to pick up my order. I placed the order at 2:41 with an estimated pickup time of 3:11.
